Edzel joined HC Group in 2023, and is now a Senior Associate working within the Commodities Technology practice.
Since joining, Edzel has leveraged his background in technology and programming to support technology-focused searches within the commodity trading industry. His academic foundation in Management Information Systems has enabled him to develop an understanding of the systems and technologies that underpin modern trading environments.
He focuses on recruiting across areas such as commodity trading systems, ETRM platforms, data, and more recently AI-related initiatives. Through this work, he partners with clients to identify talent that can support both the technical infrastructure and analytical capabilities required in today’s trading organizations.
