McLean Dickson
McLean joined HC Group in 2026 as an Associate in the Agriculture and Nutrition practice. He is based in Houston.
The practice supports clients across agricultural, bulks, animal health and nutrition, and food ingredients. McLean is energized by meeting interesting people and helping them find roles where they can make an impact.
He graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelors in Economics. Prior to joining HC full time, McLean worked with HC in supporting roles for 4 years across several portfolios including Liquid Fuels, Gas and Power, and Agricultural Commodities.
