Tori Tootell
Tori joined HC Group in 2026, and is a Senior Associate working within HC Group’s Corporate Functions practice in North America.
Tori partners with clients to identify and secure high-impact talent across Risk and Middle Office, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and Human Resources. She supports organizations in building out the infrastructure and governance functions that underpin trading organizations, with a focus on professionals who enhance control, transparency, and operational effectiveness across the enterprise.
Tori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Boston University. Prior to joining HC Group, she began her career with an executive search and advisory firm focused on the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, where she supported C-suite and senior leadership appointments.
Throughout her career, Tori has remained dedicated to leadership advisory and talent assessment, partnering closely with clients to enable thoughtful, data-driven decisions aligned with their broader people strategy.
