Nicole Dunkerley
Nicole joined HC Group in 2024 as a Senior Associate with a focus on Trading Technology and Innovation in the Middle East.
Nicole is based in Abu Dhabi, where she leads the Technology and Innovation arm of HC Group’s Middle East office.
She started her recruitment career in financial technology, working with top-percentile talent across the hedge fund and HFT space, before transitioning into commodities in 2023. At HC, she has been applying this blend of knowledge to drive front-to-back digitalization and innovation initiatives for clients in MENA, building world-class technology teams from the ground up, and engaging with high-calibre talent globally.
Nicole holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in International Business and Management from the University of Kent and is fluent in Italian.
I feel strongly about the value of DEI and have previously led a number of initiatives to champion diversity. HC’s commitment to DEI was one of the key factors that drew me to the firm, and I am excited to further support these efforts.
