Laura Berger
Laura joined HC Group in 2021 and is a Portfolio Director leading our Financial Services practice in New York.
Her area of expertise lies in identifying commercial, commodity trading talent for hedge funds, investment banks, and liquidity providers.
Since joining HC Group, Laura has played a key role in developing the European Liquid Fuels practice for the company prior to establishing the Financial Services practice. She previously spent eight years with another commodities search firm, initially in New York and then relocated to London in 2017 to build the EMEA Oil and LNG business. Laura speaks fluent German.
I enjoy advising our clients on how to remain competitive in an ever-changing and dynamic talent landscape. The commodities sector is constantly evolving, shaped by market fluctuations, geopolitical developments, and technological advancements.
