He focuses on senior front office search mandates across the Asia energy trading markets, specialising in Trading, Origination and Marketing, covering crude and refined oil products.
Prior to that, he spent over 2 years in recruitment, initially with a FinTech recruitment firm, before joining an Emerging Markets focused search firm where he specialised in Metals & Bulks searches.
Milford holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. He is fluent in Mandarin.
